В данной статье представлены результаты исследования антимикотического действия шампуня и гель-мыла с хлоргексидином для собак и кошек. Для исследования были взяты микроорганизмы, которые чаще всего вызывают грибковые инфекции у мелких домашних животных. В результате проведенной работы было установлено, что изучаемые образцы торговой марки ZOORIK являются стерильными, ввиду того, что рост на питательных средах отсутствовал. Также было установлено, что при серийном разведении шампуня с хлоргексидином в жидкой среде Сабуро он препятствует росту Microsporum canis в разведении 1:10; Candida guilliermondii в разведении 1:10 и 1:100; Malassezia pachydermatis в разведении 1:10 и 1:100. А гель-мыло при серийном разведении препятствует росту Microsporum canis в разведении 1:10; Candida guilliermondii в разведении 1:10; Malassezia pachydermatis в разведении 1:10 и 1:100. По результатам исследования минимальной бактерицидной концентрации (МБК) было выявлено, что шампунь с хлоргексидином для собак и кошек препятствует росту Microsporum canis в разведении 1:10; Candida guilliermondii в разведении 1:10; Malassezia pachydermatis в разведении 1:10 и 1:100, в то время как гель-мыло с хлоргексидином препятствует росту Microsporum canis в разведении 1:10; Candida guilliermondii в разведении 1:10; Malassezia pachydermatis в разведении 1:10, 1:100 и 1:1000. Таким образом, шампунь и гель-мыло для собак и кошек с хлоргексидином торговой марки ZOORIK обладают антимикотическим действием. Рекомендуется использование всей продукции в исходной концентрации.

This article presents the results of a study of the antimycotic effect of shampoo and gel soap with chlorhexidine for dogs and cats. For the study, microorganisms that most often cause fungal infections in small domestic animals were taken. As a result of the work, it was established that the studied samples of the ZOORIK brand are sterile, due to the fact that there was no growth on nutrient media. It was also found that when shampoo with chlorhexidine is serially diluted in Sabouraud’s liquid medium, it prevents the growth of Microsporum canis at a dilution of 1:10; Candida guilliermondii at dilutions of 1:10 and 1:100; Malassezia pachydermatis at dilutions of 1:10 and 1:100. And gel soap, when serially diluted, prevents the growth of Microsporum canis at a dilution of 1:10; Candida guilliermondii diluted 1:10; Malassezia pachydermatis at dilutions of 1:10 and 1:100. Based on the results of a study of the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC), it was revealed that shampoo with chlorhexidine for dogs and cats prevents the growth of Microsporum canis at a dilution of 1:10; Candida guilliermondii diluted 1:10; Malassezia pachydermatis at 1:10 and 1:100 dilutions, while chlorhexidine gel soap inhibits the growth of Microsporum canis at 1:10 dilution; Candida guilliermondii diluted 1:10; Malassezia pachydermatis at dilutions of 1:10, 1:100 and 1:1000. Thus, shampoo and gel soap for dogs and cats with chlorhexidine from the ZOORIK brand have an antifungal effect. It is recommended to use all products in the original concentration.
